Shaved Cocktails provides services primarily through shaved ice machine hire and related products.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Hire & Services

• Refunds for hired equipment or services are not guaranteed once a hire period has commenced

• Any applicable refunds or credits will be outlined in your individual agreement

Faulty Equipment

If equipment is found to be faulty due to no fault of the venue, we will work to repair, replace or provide a suitable solution.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered unless required by law.
