Shaved Cocktails was born from one simple realisation: Frozen drinks deserve better.
Inspired by the block-shaving traditions of New Orleans, where ice is carved into delicate fine ice, we took the craft and gave it an Australian summer style.
We mastered the art of shaving ice just right.
We perfected how syrups sink deep into every snow flake.
We made flavours leave a cool & sweet taste.

Meet Kingston & Claire, the Shaved Cocktails founders.
Shaved Cocktails is a recreation, Kingston who was born and raised in Louisiana. Growing up surrounded by this style of cocktail inspired a desire to bring that same level of quality, consistency and craft to Australia.
After getting some amazing feedback from venues, the two knew they had to take this further and let the general public see what Shaved Cocktails is all about.

From 200 Years Ago to the Sultry, Sun-Soaked Shaved Sensation of 2026
Two centuries ago, cocktails were bold, broody, and buttoned-up. Think the Old Fashioned whiskey, sugar, bitters, and a serious cube of ice slowly melting in a dimly lit parlour. Crystal clinking. Low murmurs. A slow stir that felt like foreplay. Sophisticated. Restrained. Deliciously dramatic.
Fast-forward to 2026... and cocktails have ditched the waistcoat and slipped into bikinis.
From the structured restraint of yesteryear to this Instagram-melting fantasy, cocktails have evolved into pure, playful desire, hot on the outside and cooling you within.
Enter the Shaved Cocktail, a tropical, fluffy cloud of ice so soft it practically blushes in the Queensland sun. This isn't just refreshment, it's pure indulgence. Spirits cascade over pillowy shards, absorbing layers of lush sweetness, ripe berries bursting with juicy temptation, tropical fruit flavours dripping sweet
nectar, vibrant syrups that cling and tease. Spirits cascade over snow-soft shards. Passionfruit drips like liquid sunshine. Mango glows. Berry syrup clings like it knows what it’s doing. Each delicate flake drinks it all in, releasing flavour slowly, stimulating, cooling, lingering.
